Nothing on this site is a contract, an offer capable of acceptance, or a quote. The figures shown on the consulting pages are indicative starting prices for the shape of work described, given so you can tell whether a conversation is worth having. What any particular engagement costs, what it covers, and on what terms, is set out in a signed agreement and nowhere else.

If anything on this site differs from a signed agreement between us, the agreement governs.

The pages here describe how we work and what we think. They are written in general terms and are not technical, financial, tax or legal advice for your situation. Do not act on them as though they were. Advice is what we are engaged to give, under an agreement, having looked at what is actually in front of you.

EasyTap and nabera are separate services with their own terms and their own privacy policies. If you follow a link to easytap.co or nabera.app, these terms stop applying — read theirs.

The text, layout, design and code of this site belong to Axey FZCO. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

We keep the site accurate and available as best we reasonably can, but we do not promise it is complete, current, or uninterrupted. We are not liable for anything you do or do not do as a result of reading it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law.

Where we link to another site — a product of ours, a booking tool, a social profile — we are not responsible for what happens there. Their terms apply once you arrive.

We may change these terms. The date at the top is the record; there is no mailing list to notify.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about the site itself. Disputes arising from a signed agreement are governed by that agreement.
