System Design
scoped and quotedDiscovery, business analysis and, where the work calls for it, architecture. The output is a specification a competent team can build from: requirements, data model, integration contracts, estimates, acceptance criteria. Scope and fee depend on how many systems are in play and how well they're documented, so we quote it after a short scoping conversation rather than pretending it fits a price list.
It's yours to keep, and yours to build elsewhere if you'd rather.
Build
fixed scope or time & materialsDelivery against an agreed specification, ours or yours. Staffed from our own team, run in stages, with working software at the end of each one.
Support & Evolution
monthlyMaintenance, incident response, and a running backlog of changes. Also available for systems we didn't build, after a short handover review.
How we contract
Fixed scope
where a specification exists and the boundaries hold. Priced per stage.
Time & materials
where the product is still moving. Monthly rate per engineer, capped by agreement.
Dedicated team
a standing squad on your priorities and your backlog. Minimum three months.
