Ongoing

Four monthly engagements, for when a problem doesn't stay solved.

We advise on the systems and processes behind a company's numbers. Most of that work is projects with an end date — a review, a diagnostic, a plan. These four are the ones that run monthly instead, because the thing they're holding together keeps moving.

What we do here is watch, adjust and hold the client side. We don't take the build work itself, and none of these engagements require us to.

We cap them deliberately — a handful of clients at a time, because the value is attention and attention doesn't scale.

Implementation Oversight

$3–5k / month

Your team or your vendor is building. We hold the client side: stage acceptance against the specification, scope and budget control, design decisions reviewed before they're expensive to undo, and an honest read on progress that doesn't come from the people being paid to make progress.

Most useful where the work is being done in-house — internal teams have day jobs, and projects without an owner quietly stop.

AI Operations

$3–6k / month

The part nobody budgets for. Accuracy drifts, manual-correction rates creep up, edge cases arrive that weren't in the pilot, API spend grows quietly, and one morning the vendor changes the model underneath you.

We watch the numbers that matter, update rules and prompts, and tell you when something has stopped earning its keep. Available for systems we had nothing to do with, after a short handover.

Finance Chain Support

$2–4k / month

Entities get added, warehouses open, banks change, tariffs change, someone leaves. We keep the chain intact as the business moves, and work through the discrepancies that surface at close.

Fractional CTO

$4–8k / month

Technical leadership for a company that needs the judgement but not the salary: architecture calls, hiring and technical assessment of candidates, vendor relationships, engineering budget. We answer for technical decisions not wrecking the economics — which is the failure mode we see most.

Two or three clients at a time, no more.
