Planning
What to change, in what order, and what it pays back.
We advise on the systems and processes behind a company's numbers. We came out of building software, which is why we cost technology decisions the way an owner does — including what a thing costs to run long after the project closes. And we take nothing from the vendors we compare, which is the only reason a comparison is worth paying for.
Both services here end in a decision document. You can execute it with your own team, with a vendor of your choosing, or not at all — and we'd rather you had that choice before the money is committed than after.
AI Adoption Plan
from $10k · 3–4 weeksNearly every company is using AI somewhere by now. Very few can point to it in the P&L. The gap is almost never the model — it's that the process around it never changed, or the data was never good enough to start with.
We inventory the processes that are actually candidates, rank them by payback rather than by fashion, assess whether your data can support them, and lay out a sequence with a budget and success criteria per step.
Including what not to touch. The most valuable section is usually the one listing the things that look automatable and aren't — the exceptions that eat the savings, the volumes too low to justify the build, the judgement calls that shouldn't be delegated to a model at all.
Platform Selection
from $15k · 4–8 weeksERP and accounting systems, compared on total cost of ownership rather than licence fees — implementation, data migration, the customisations you'll need in year two, the integrations nobody quotes for, and the internal cost of running it.
We take no commissions from any vendor and never have. That's the whole reason this service is worth buying from us rather than from someone with a partner badge.
